250g softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon b. powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
140g dark chocolate chunks
140g white/milk chocolate chunks

PRE-HEAT OVEN 150 CELCIUS

Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy
Add egs gradually and beat well
Add flour, b. powder, cocoa and chocolate chunks and mix well
Use 2 tbsp per cookie on a baking tray, leaving room to spread
Bake for 20-25 mins

Margerine 300g
Golden Syrup 150g
Sugar 150g

PRE-HEAT OVEN 200 CELCIUS

Melt Margerine, syrup and sugar until liquid
Mix oats into the liquid
Press down into baking tray
Bake for 25 mins
Cut before it has set
Leave to cool

PRE-HEAT OVEN 180 CELCIUS

Miz cocoa and with melted butter
Add vanilla, sugar and eggs
Add flour, b. powder, salt and choc chips
Spread across baking tray
Bake for 25-30 mins

1/2 teaspoon salt
30g margerine
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese

PRE-HEAT OVEN 230 CELCIUS

Miz flour and salt
Rub butter into flour until resembles breadcrumbs
Mix in milk to make dough
Knead until smooth
Make into 1" balls and place on baking tray
Glaze with milk
Bake for 10-15 mins

Butter

Melt butter and mix with crushed digestive biscuits
Compact into bottom of tray to form base
Make angel delight and pour on top
Chill until set
